Bought a full RTK Vector320 from them and was confident I could ultimately return it if there were unsolvable incompatibility issues with our existing base. But was even more confident there would not be, because these folks have tons of real experience and could speak with confidence where the very few rare problems do happen, and that our use would be common practice, smooth sailing, no problems. Nice to have people willing to give a realistic appraisal, and back it up just in case, instead of being afraid to comment in case there were problems and they’re too afraid to be accountable for their own advice.
Will go to Rene and David any time for future needs, and I can see I’m not alone in this for good reason.
